One-time packages
One-time packages (such as on-page SEO packages) are scoped and scheduled after purchase. If work has not yet begun, you may cancel for a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
Monthly services
Monthly services are billed in advance of each service period. You may cancel with notice before the next billing period; amounts already billed for a period in progress are not refunded, but no further periods are charged.
Third-party costs
Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (for example, publisher fees you approved) are non-refundable once committed.
How to request
To request a refund or cancellation, email us with your name and invoice details. We aim to resolve all requests within five business days.
