SEO Agency Canada provides search engine optimization, AI search optimization, link building and related digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any engagement are defined in a written proposal accepted by the client.
No guaranteed outcomes
Search engine rankings and AI platform mentions are determined by third parties and cannot be guaranteed. We commit to defined deliverables and professional methods, not specific ranking positions, traffic volumes or revenue outcomes.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are additional. Payment terms are stated in each proposal; monthly services are billed in advance of each service period.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, information and approvals needed to perform the work, and to ensure their website content complies with applicable law.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, deliverables created for the client become the client's property. Our pre-existing tools, methods and templates remain ours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada. This template should be reviewed and completed with the company's legal details before reliance.
